The opening with peony and bergamot is optimistic and fresh. The heart of Turkish rose, iris and sandalwood musk is where the fragrance develops its character — floral, yes, but grounded and slightly smoky around the edges rather than powdery. The base of vetiver, amber and white musk grounds the whole composition in something lasting and quietly authoritative.
