Pure XS For Her was launched in 2018, with perfumer Quentin Bisch of Givaudan at the helm. After returning from Réunion Island obsessed with the island's intoxicating ylang-ylang, Bisch channelled that experience into an unexpected tropical gourmand structure.
The opening popcorn note is a bold creative choice — it reads warm and buttery rather than literal, and transitions smoothly into the ylang-ylang and peach heart. Orange blossom bridges the floral and gourmand elements, keeping the formula from tipping too far in either direction.
The base of vanilla, amberwood, sandalwood and ambrette seed delivers a lasting sillage that remains soft rather than overwhelming, making it a wearable daytime choice as well as an evening option.
