Carner Barcelona was founded in 2009 by Sara Carner as a niche house rooted in Barcelona's identity. Marbella, released in 2020, is a sun-drenched tribute to the Andalusian coast — bright, glamorous, and unapologetically Mediterranean.
The opening pairs sharp, tart black currant with warm Bulgarian rose and the dry bite of black pepper. It is luminous and a little cinematic, evoking clear daylight on a whitewashed terrace above the sea.
The heart brings Italian peony, Chinese green tea and Egyptian jasmine together. Peony reads soft and powdery; green tea is dry and herbal; jasmine is warm and sweet. Together they create a balanced, classic floral accord without excess.
